Manik Arora's work experience begins in 2007, when they worked as a Software Trainer at Care College. From 2012 to 2016, they held various software engineering roles at companies such as smartData Enterprises India Ltd. and 89 Business Street. In 2013, they became an Associate Group Lead at Xicom Technologies Ltd. They then worked as a Senior Software Engineer at Soft Data Infotech Pvt. Ltd. from 2016 to 2017. From 2017 to 2019, they served as a Technical Lead at Incedo Inc. In 2019, they joined Worldwide Tech Connections as a Lead Developer, and later became the Chief Architect in 2020. Currently, Manik Arora is the Co-Founder & Chief Technology Officer of Tongues Translation Services LLC, a role they have held since 2021.

Manik Arora pursued a Master of Computer Applications (MCA) degree in Computer Science from RIMT-Institute of Engg & Tech from 2009 to 2012.
