Charlie Rich has extensive experience in the engineering and business development sectors, progressing through various roles at Tong Engineering since 2001. Starting as a Fitter/Electrical, Charlie advanced to positions including Service/Installation Engineer and Export Sales Manager, ultimately becoming the Director of Business Development. Prior to Tong Engineering, Charlie worked as a Field Service Engineer at Scotts Potato Machinery and spent seven years as a Hydraulic Engineer at Adan Ltd, a leading UK manufacturer of hydraulic motors and gearboxes.
