Manuel Schäfer has extensive work experience in various roles within the e-commerce and technology industry. Manuel has served as a Geschäftsführer (Managing Director) at HQ-Patronen GmbH, TintenCenter GmbH, and Druckerpatronen.de Office GmbH since 2023. Prior to that, they worked as the Chief Information Officer / Managing Director at TonerPartner GmbH from 2022 onwards. In 2020, they worked as an Investor & Berater at Hardest Worker Consulting and as the Director of E-Commerce & Omnichannel Program Management at ALDI Nord, where they led the expansion and process automation efforts. Manuel also held the position of Team Lead E-Commerce at ALDI Nord from 2020 to 2022. Before that, they served as the Managing Director of E-Commerce Strategy Consulting at Web'n'sale GmbH from 2013 to 2020. Manuel Schäfer founded and served as the CEO & Founder of autopflegediscount, an E-commerce brand specializing in car detailing, from 2012 to 2017. Manuel also worked as an E-Commerce Consultant & Online-Marketing expert at MS E-Commerce Consultant from 2011 to 2013 and as a Product Manager / Product Owner at Cornerstone OnDemand in 2010.

Manuel Schäfer obtained a Diplom degree in Information Sciences from Fachhochschule der Wirtschaft (FHDW) between 2003 and 2006.
