Troy Taylor is an experienced professional in high-performance sports and innovation, currently serving as Vice President of Performance Innovation at Tonal since June 2021, after holding the position of Senior Director of Performance Innovation. In addition, Troy has been an advisor at Stadia Ventures since January 2020, contributing to early-stage investment in sports and esports. Troy has also served as an advisor and mentor for Comcast SportsTech, a judge for The STA Group, and High Performance Director for U.S. Ski & Snowboard, where strategic leadership was provided to a team of over 35 staff. Troy's earlier roles include Director of Sport Science & Sport Medicine at Canadian Sport Institute Ontario and Senior Sport Physiologist at Sport Wales. Educationally, Troy holds a Master of Science in Exercise Physiology from Loughborough University and a Bachelor of Science in Sport Science from the University of Surrey.
