Lauren (Strebel) Gaudet possesses extensive experience in employee engagement and sustainability, having held various roles at TOMS, including Employee Engagement and Sustainability Manager, Specialist, and Giving Experience and Engagement Specialist. Prior to this, Lauren served as Account and Business Development Manager at the International Trainee Network (ITN) and worked as a Community Project Manager for the Peace Corps. Additionally, Lauren contributed as a Non-profit Management Consultant for the Foundation for Sustainable Development and as an Event Coordinator for Barakat, Inc. Lauren earned a Bachelor of Arts and Sciences in International Affairs from Northeastern University from 2008 to 2011.
