Charmaine Hashmi has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Starting in 2007, they worked as a Sales Associate at Selfridges for six months. In 2009, they joined Harvey Nichols as a Sales Associate and later transitioned to the role of Brand Manager for a five-month period. In 2011, Charmaine worked as an Assistant Manager at Swatch Group before moving to Orlebar Brown in 2012 as a Junior Sales Executive for the UK and Northern Europe.
In 2014, Charmaine joined Giorgio Armani as an Account Executive, where they stayed for a year. Charmaine then became a Brand Manager at DAY Birger et Mikkelsen in 2015. For a brief period in 2016, Charmaine served as the Head of International Sales at LAZUL Luxury Resortwear.
From 2016 onwards, Charmaine has been associated with TOMS. Charmaine started as a Sales Representative for the UK market and was later promoted to Junior Key Account Manager UK. In 2020, they became the Key Account Manager for the UK, and in 2022, they took on the role of Senior Key Account Manager for the EMEA region. Currently, they hold the position of Distribution Manager for EMEA at TOMS.
Charmaine Hashmi attended The Grammar School at Leeds from 1993 to 2007. Charmaine did not earn a specific degree or study any particular field during this time. Later, they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Design Management for Fashion Retailing from The University of Manchester from 2007 to 2010.
