Alejandro Valerdi worked as a Plant Manager at Tom's of Maine starting in August 2019. Prior to that, they worked at Colgate-Palmolive in various roles. These roles include Technical Manager from February 2014 to October 2019, LATAM Home Care Technical Manager from April 2012 to February 2014, and Oral Care Technology Transfer & Validation Manager from August 2007 to April 2012.

Alejandro Valerdi completed their Master's degree in Quality Engineering from Universidad Iberoamericana in Ciudad de México. This education took place from 2000 to 2002. In addition, Alejandro obtained a certification in AI Aware and Analytics Literacy from Colgate-Palmolive in June 2022.
