Claus Nielsen Rosthof is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in leadership positions across multiple industries. Currently serving as Group CFO at Toms Group A/S since January 2025, Claus previously held the role of EVP and Group CFO at A. Espersen A/S and INSEPA from October 2022 to December 2024, overseeing finance, HR, and IT functions for a large workforce. Prior experience includes leading the finance function as Vice President and CFO for PJSC Carlsberg Ukraine and serving as Regional CFO for Asia/Pacific at Husqvarna Group. Claus also possesses significant expertise from roles at ECCO Shoes, Secop Compressors, and Danfoss, along with a strong educational background with a Master's degree in Economics and Business Administration from Aalborg University.
