Ken Bailey has over 45 years of experience in the screw machine industry, currently serving as Manufacturing Manager at Tompkins Products Inc. since June 2009, where responsibilities include overseeing daily operations, scheduling, purchasing, engineering, maintenance, repair, and tool design. Previously, Ken held the role of Plant Manager at Anderson Cook West from 2008 to 2009, managing daily plant operations, and worked as Manufacturing Manager at lm Gear-Anderson Cook from 2001 to 2007, focusing on day-to-day operations for automatics. Educational background includes studies at Macomb Community College and Washtenaw Community College.
