Dominick Recckio is an experienced communications professional currently serving as the Communications Director for Tompkins County since March 2020, where responsibilities include developing an engagement strategy and communication plan that supports community priorities. Previously, Dominick held multiple roles at Tompkins Chamber & Visit Ithaca, including Director of Strategic Communications & Partnerships and Member Relationship Manager, focusing on strategic communications, membership development, and community partnerships. Other notable experiences include curriculum development and lecturing at Ithaca College, serving as Student Body President, and various internships, including roles at Rev: Ithaca Startup Works and NBC Nightly News. Dominick holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Communication Management and Design from Ithaca College.
