Maddie Sykes is an HR Generalist at Tomorrow Health since March 2021, where responsibilities encompass advocacy for patients in need of diabetic, prosthetic, and orthotic DME products. With experience in multiple roles within the organization, Maddie has developed expertise in navigating complex orders and insurance coverage. Prior to this, Maddie worked as a contractor in the Benefit Operations Team at Justworks, evaluating client eligibility for health coverage changes. Previous positions include three years at Westville Restaurant Group in various serving and management roles, as well as childcare as a nanny for a private family. Maddie also completed an internship at David Beahm Experiences, focusing on inventory and event preparation, and held a seasonal position as a Sales Associate at Free People. Maddie holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Acting from New York University, earned in 2014.
