Stephen Shih has a strong background in the technology industry, with experience at various companies. Stephen began their career as a Hardware Engineer at Foxconn in 2008 and worked there until 2012. Stephen then joined Pegatron as a Senior Project Manager from 2012 to 2016. In 2016, they transitioned to a role as a Technical Project Associate Manager at Yuanta International Electronics and worked there until 2017. From 2017 to 2018, they worked as a Sales Specialist at Chaintech Technology Corporation. Currently, they are serving as a Product Manager at Tomofun | Furbo Dog Camera, starting in 2018 and also holds the position of Associate Hardware Product Director since May 2023.

Stephen Shih completed their Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from National Chiao Tung University in 2005. Stephen then went on to pursue their Master's degree in the same field at the same university from 2005 to 2007.
