Marie-Joe Kimaz is an Associate Scientist at Tome Biosciences, specializing in the Cell Therapy Team focused on autoimmune disorders and iPSC-derived NK cells. Contributions include the development of functional assays and differentiation protocols for high-throughput screening of iPSC clones, as well as collaboration on establishing DC success criteria. Previously, Marie-Joe served as a Senior Research Associate at Tome, optimizing programmable gene insertion technology and refining cloning workflows for NK cell differentiation. Prior experience includes a Research Associate II role at Takeda, where CAR-T cell generation and genome editing were key responsibilities, and a position at Reviva Medical Research, focusing on cell culture and immunophenotyping.
