Zoey Johnston is a Product Manager and Site Experience Lead at TomboyX since July 2022, where responsibilities include defining CX/UX strategy, enhancing user engagement through targeted programs, and liaising with various internal teams. Previously, Zoey held roles at TomboyX as a Site Merchandiser and worked as a Web Implementation Specialist at Agency FIFTY3, managing over 200 client projects with a focus on WCAG/ADA compliance. As a freelance UI/UX designer, Zoey created user interfaces and visual design systems for multiple companies while also serving as a Web Designer at The Truth Company, emphasizing user-centered design. Educational background includes a Bachelor of Science in Creative Technology & Design Engineering from the University of Colorado Boulder, along with experience as a Photography Teaching Assistant and Marketing Intern.
