Jon Li is an experienced User Experience Design professional, currently serving as the Head of Product Design at tombola since May 2024. Previously, Jon held the position of Head of UX/UI Design at BVGroup from January 2015 to May 2024, where leadership in strategic projects and successful implementation of design systems resulted in a significant reduction in time-to-market and improved customer quality assessment scores. With a background that includes roles at Gala Coral Interactive and POSSIBLE, Jon has successfully led AB testing initiatives, revitalized content structures for major automotive brands, and played a key role in launching innovative digital products. Jon's educational background includes a Higher National Diploma in Graphic Design from Kingston University, with earlier qualifications in Foundation Art & Design and A Levels from Felsted School.
