Shane McLaren is a seasoned financial and business analyst with extensive experience in systems and reporting across multiple industries. Currently serving as a Senior Systems & Modelling Analyst at Tomago Aluminium since October 2017, Shane focuses on enhancing financial systems and developing data-driven models. Previously, Shane held roles such as Chief Strategist at McLaren Solutions, Senior Business Analyst at The Banktech Group, and Project Manager at the International College of Management, Sydney, contributing to significant improvements in reporting systems, financial modeling, and strategic planning. Shane's early career included positions such as Vice President of Finance at SilverNeedle® Hospitality Group and Management Accountant at Constellation Hotels. Shane holds a Master’s Degree in Business/Commerce from UNSW Business School.
