Tina Sofie Grant is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in human resources and people management. Currently serving as the Head of People & Culture at Tom Wood since January 2023, Tina previously held various roles at Norrøna from March 2019 to February 2023, including Human Resources Responsible and Human Resources Administrator. Prior experience includes positions at Resurs Bank as a Customer Consultant for both B2B and B2C segments and at Vivere Bemanning as a Candidate Coordinator. Tina started a career in customer service at Idium AS and Resurs Bank, followed by a managerial role at Carlings AS. Tina holds a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration from Kristiania University College, earned between 2016 and 2019.
