Tom McCaul is a seasoned professional in the tech industry with extensive experience in roles ranging from developer to director. As the Founder and Director of Tom & Co. Ltd since April 2011, Tom has demonstrated strong leadership and entrepreneurial skills. Previously, Tom served as Head of Web at big fish® from April 2007 to March 2011, and held contract developer positions at both Dare and Pod1 in early 2007. Early in Tom's career, roles included Developer at Press Gazette and Quantum from 2005 to 2006. Tom's academic background includes a degree from Brunel University of London, completed between 2001 and 2004.
