William Tobin has extensive work experience in the engineering industry. William started their career at Fugro in 2003, where they served as the Metro Group Manager for five years, from January 2003 to February 2008. In February 2008, they joined Tolunay-Wong Engineers, Inc. as the Senior Vice President and is currently holding this position.

William Tobin earned a Bachelor's Degree in Civil and Environmental Engineering from the University of Cincinnati in the years 1974 to 1979. William then pursued a Master's Degree in Civil Engineering at Purdue University from 1980 to 1981.
