Mathilde Padet has a diverse work experience in the field of finance. Mathilde worked at Toluna Corporate as the VP Global Controlling & Reporting, where they were responsible for providing financial visibility to the company's Board and Executive team. Mathilde also managed the full controlling closing process and acted as a finance partner to the operational team. Prior to that, they worked as the Manager Financial Planning & Analysis at Toluna, where they coordinated the P&L and Capex FP&A cycles and developed relevant KPIs and tools for improved cost control. Before joining Toluna, Mathilde worked at GE Healthcare, where they held various finance roles, including Finance Processes & Reporting Manager and Interim Manager Base Costs COE Europe. Mathilde also worked at GE Power & Water as a Project Finance manager and Accounts Receivables Manager. Overall, Mathilde has extensive experience in finance, controlling, and financial planning & analysis.

Mathilde Padet completed their education with a Master's degree in International Business from ESSEC Business School in the year 2001. Prior to that, they obtained a Master of Engineering (M.Eng.) degree in Hydraulics and Fluid mechanics from ENSEEIHT from 1997 to 2000. In 1995-1997, they attended Lycee Clemenceau in Reims, France, where they pursued a Maths preparatory class focusing on Mathematics and Physics.
