Manshita Rahal has a diverse work experience in project management and customer service roles. Manshita currently works at Toluna as the Lead Project Manager - Client Services for Global Accounts-APAC. Manshita'sresponsibilities include leading cross-functional project teams, collaborating with clients to tailor methodologies, and overseeing the end-to-end project lifecycle. Prior to that, they worked as a Senior Project Manager and Project Manager for Client Services in South-East Asia, India, and as the SPOC for India clients. Manshita has experience in managing brand health trackers and driving process improvements. Before joining Toluna, Manshita worked at Lenskart.com in various roles such as Team Lead, Subject Matter Expert, Escalation Specialist, and Customer Service Specialist. Manshita has expertise in managing home eye check-up services, resolving customer escalations, and providing exceptional customer service. Manshita also utilized software for lead generation, data analysis, and business insights.

Manshita Rahal completed a Post Graduate Diploma in Applied Statistics/Industrial Statistics at Indira Gandhi National Open University from 2019 to 2020. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Office Management & Secretarial Practices (OMSP)/Economics from the University of Delhi, where they studied from 2015 to 2018. In 2014 to 2015, they attended Shaheed Rajpal DAV Public School in India, focusing on Medical Science. Manshita also holds additional certifications including IELTS CEFR Level 1 from IDP Education Ltd, and Verified International Academic Qualifications from World Education Services, both obtained in 2022.
