Andrew Herre is an experienced legal professional currently serving as Associate General Counsel at Tolmar since March 2021, following a tenure as Senior Corporate Counsel and Corporate Counsel from March 2015 to January 2021. In these roles, Andrew provides comprehensive legal support for the pharmaceutical and medical device sectors, handling matters related to product development, clinical trials, compliance, and contract negotiations. Prior experience includes serving as Contracts Manager at the Catholic Health Initiatives Institute for Research and Innovation, where Andrew managed research contracts and ensured contractual protections, as well as positions as a Law Clerk at Forensic Laboratories and Bakery Crafts, focusing on contract review, health care law compliance, and intellectual property. Andrew holds a Doctor of Law (J.D.) from the University of Denver - Sturm College of Law and a BS in Zoology/Animal Biology from Miami University.
