Maura Hursh is an experienced IT Quality Assurance professional with over two decades of expertise in managing QA processes across various organizations. Currently serving as the Director of IT Quality Assurance at Toll Brothers since November 2011, Maura leads a QA team focused on delivering quality in development projects through coaching and mentorship. Prior roles include Quality Assurance Steward at Barclays, where comprehensive test strategies were developed, and a Software Quality Engineer at Kenexa, where management of offshore QA teams was conducted. Maura also designated QA Manager and Quality Assurance Coordinator roles at Capmark Finance Inc., overseeing geographically dispersed teams and ensuring high technical quality on projects. Maura holds a BS in Business Administration from Kutztown University, furthered education in Client/Server Programming, and is currently pursuing additional studies at Villanova University.
