Andrea Rivera currently serves as the Construction Customer Care Director at Toll Brothers, a position held since December 2021. Previously, Andrea spent over 20 years at Old Republic Home Protection, progressing through various roles including Director of Customer Service, where leadership was provided to a team of over 400 in five departments, ensuring exceptional customer service and strategic problem-solving for C-level executives. Andrea's experience also includes managing and developing multiple high-performing teams as a Customer Service Manager and implementing industry-specific structures to foster relationships and business growth. In addition to these roles, experience as a Mortgage Originator at Hilltop Financial Mortgage highlighted abilities in relationship development and process improvement.
