Lyle Gill currently serves as the Environment, Health and Safety Manager at Duininck Concrete since August 2023, after previously working as the Safety & Compliance Manager at Charge from August 2016 to November 2022, where responsibilities included safety leadership and the development of training programs. Lyle Gill has an extensive background in the United States Air Force from October 1992 to October 2016, achieving the rank of Master Sergeant and holding various roles such as Personnel Supervisor and Senior Quality Assurance Inspector, overseeing safety compliance and training initiatives. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Occupational Safety and Health from Columbia Southern University and two Associate’s Degrees from the Community College of the Air Force, one in Instructor of Technology and Military Science and another in Aviation Maintenance Technology.
