Phil Ball serves as the Senior Vice President and Head of Business Development and Operations at Tolerance Bio, where involvement as a founding team member commenced in October 2023. Prior to this role, Phil held the position of Vice President of Alliance Management and Business Development at Provention Bio, managing key alliances and business transactions, including the TZIELD™ co-promotion agreement leading to Sanofi’s acquisition of the company. Additional experience includes executive roles at Allergan in value and access policy, as well as biologics strategy, alongside leadership positions in various biopharmaceutical organizations. Phil's career began as a Biopharmaceutical Development Consultant at Eden Biopharm, and Phil holds a Ph.D. in Biochemistry from the University of Liverpool and a BSc in Biochemistry from The University of Manchester.
