Alexandre Tognolli Machado is a seasoned process engineer at Toledo do Brasil, with extensive experience in manufacturing process improvement utilizing Industry 4.0 concepts since September 2022. Responsibilities include implementing innovative projects aimed at operational cost reduction and environmental protection, applying Lean Manufacturing principles, and liaising with suppliers for optimal equipment and service procurement. Prior to this role, Alexandre served as a logistics consultant focusing on supply chain development and materials management from January to October 2007. Experience also includes managing production materials at Trelleborg, where stock levels were effectively reduced, and planning material for installations at Lucent Technologies. Alexandre holds a postgraduate degree in Industry 4.0 from Senai São Paulo and additional qualifications in logistics and electrical engineering from FEI.
