Fletcher Wanless has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Fletcher is currently the Director of Supply Chain Operations at Tokyo Electron US since May 2022. Prior to that, they worked at Medtronic from 2019 to 2022, holding various roles including Site Engineering Leader and NCOE Value Stream Senior Manager. In their role at Medtronic, they were responsible for leading commercial production of Endovenous and Neurovascular commercial products. Before joining Medtronic, Fletcher worked at Boston Scientific as a Manager of Quality Systems R&D from 2008 to 2012. Fletcher also had roles at Beckman Coulter Instruments as an Electrical Engineer from 2003 to 2008, and at Emerson Process Management as an Applications Engineer from 2001 to 2003.

Fletcher Wanless has a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering and a Bachelor of Science degree in Biochemistry from the University of Minnesota. Fletcher also holds a Master of Business Administration degree with a focus on Operations and Finance from the University of Minnesota - Carlson School of Management.
