Susan Gillham is a highly experienced designer and brand strategist currently serving as a Researcher & Brand Strategist at TOKY since March 2018, where Susan specializes in brand competitive analysis, stakeholder research, and message platform development. As the owner and Creative Director of Susan Gillham Design, a St. Louis-based studio established in 2008, Gillham caters to diverse clients in the non-profit, small business, and corporate sectors. Previous roles include Sr. Information Designer at Washington University’s Sam Fox School and Sr. Vice President at Fleishman-Hillard, where Susan successfully managed client relationships and led creative projects. With a foundation in design from both a BS in Eastern Asian Languages and Cultures and a BFA in Graphic Design from The University of Kansas, Gillham combines strategic insight and artistic skill to meet client objectives effectively.
