Santiago Guimarães Dias is an experienced technology leader with a strong background in product ownership and software architecture, currently serving as CTO at Tokn1 LATAM, focusing on Web3, financial technology, and crypto securities since September 2022. Previously, Santiago held roles as Product Owner at Buenbit, managing requirements for a crypto assets broker platform, and as an Active Delegate at Lisk GDT, where responsibilities included validating blockchain transactions. Santiago's extensive tenure at Avaya involved multiple roles, including Product Manager, Software Solution Architect, and Lead Developer, where in-depth understanding of customer needs and technical guidance for CRM connector products were essential. Santiago holds an Electronic Engineer's Degree with a Telecommunications Orientation from Instituto Tecnológico de Buenos Aires.
