James Lohman is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in facilities management, construction, and commercial interiors. Currently serving as the Manager of the Facilities & Construction Division at TOK America since July 2018, James previously operated as the Proprietor of GFS, where a focus on environmentally friendly custom solutions was emphasized. Prior roles include Senior Account Executive at NuMark, where significant project management achievements involved overseeing the installation of over 3 million square feet of modular systems, and President of both United Estates Spanish Real Estate and ABI, Inc., highlighting leadership in real estate development and commercial interiors manufacturing. James is an alumnus of Arizona State University and the University of Montana.
