John Leney

Vice President Customer Success at Tohoom

John Leney is an experienced professional with a career spanning more than 35 years. John began their career in 1983 as an Engineer at Westinghouse Electric Company, where they were responsible for performing structural and dynamic analysis of nuclear pumps, steam generators, and control rod drive mechanisms. In 1985, they joined Electronic Data Systems as an IT Director for General Motors. In this role, they were responsible for delivering manufacturing and engineering IT solutions to GM, as well as defining and managing a global portfolio of consulting, IT, and service offerings for product development. In 1999, they joined Deloitte Consulting as a Senior Manager in the Manufacturing Industry Group. John identified, developed, and delivered consulting engagements with Fortune 100 clients. In 2002, they joined Dassault Systèmes as Managing Director for North America Automotive. In this role, they led the Americas Automotive Group and was responsible for driving growth and adoption of PLM technologies in automotive accounts. In 2012, they became the Chief Revenue Officer at GeometricPLM, where they led the worldwide Sales & Marketing organization. In 2016, they founded and became Managing Director of LZO Solutions, LLC. In 2017, they joined SAP as an Industry Executive Advisor for the Automotive industry. In 2020, they joined both Tohoom as Vice President of Customer Success and Ai Incube as Executive Vice President for North America. Finally, in 2021, they became an eMobility Strategy Advisor at Strategy Blue.

John Leney received a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Michigan.
