Micah Smart, E.I. is an engineer with a diverse background in civil engineering, currently serving as Engineer II at Toho Water Authority since January 2022. Prior experience includes working as a Project Engineer at Halff Associates from August 2019 to December 2021 and as an Engineer Co-op with the City of Tampa from January 2018 to August 2019, where responsibilities included preparing reports, engaging in GIS modifications, and reviewing construction plans. Micah holds a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from the University of South Florida (2016-2019) and an Associate of Arts in Engineering from Hillsborough Community College (2013-2015).
