Nancy Ong has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Nancy currently holds the position of Director of Digital Sales & Field Marketing at Togo's Eateries, LLC since November 2022. Prior to this, they served as Partner/General Manager at Pacific Packaging, Inc. from September 2021 to February 2023. Before that, they had an extensive tenure at Panda Restaurant Group, where they worked in different roles and steadily progressed in their career. Their positions at Panda Restaurant Group include Senior Brand Manager, Brand Manager, Associate Brand Manager, Menu Strategy & Promotions/Brand Marketing Representative, Field Marketing Representative, Field Marketing Coordinator, and Marketing Assistant. Additionally, Nancy Ong also served as Volunteer/Operations Manager at OC Foodie Fest for a brief period in 2010 and worked as an Account Executive at Second Image, Inc. in 2006. Nancy started their professional journey at Wells Fargo, where they held roles such as Customer Service Manager 2 and Customer Service Representative/Lead Teller/Teller from 2002 to 2006.

Nancy Ong obtained a BS in Business Administration with a focus on Management & Human Resources from California State Polytechnic University-Pomona. In August 2022, they also obtained a certification from The Trade Desk, specifically the Executive Program from The Trade Desk Edge Academy.
