Thomas Steindahl is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in engineering and innovation management across various industries. Currently serving as Chief Innovation Officer at Together Tech since November 2014, Thomas also held the role of Business Unit Manager within the same organization. Previous roles include a brief tenure at Mölnlycke as a Packaging Development Engineer, and a significant position at Wellspect HealthCare as a Production Engineer and Development Engineer, focusing on sub-project management and packaging development. Thomas’s earlier experience includes working as a Manufacturing Engineer at IAC Group and several roles in project management and design at Worldmark and Brady Converting AB. Thomas has a strong foundation in change management, process development, and project responsibility, further complemented by a background in tool design and machinery operations. Academic qualifications include a degree from Västerhöjdskolan as a Gymnasie ingenjör.
