William Shermer began their work experience in 2001 as a Manager Pricing at AT&T, where they led a cross-functional team and increased product profitability. William then joined YP in 2005, initially as a Manager Product Development & Analysis and later as a Senior Manager, Direct Marketing. During their time at YP, they led teams, grew the program's revenue, and implemented new database systems. In 2014, Shermer became a Product Manager at Express Scripts, where they drove product planning and improved member medication adherence and customer satisfaction. From 2018 to 2021, they worked as a Sales Associate at CarMax, delivering excellent customer service and assisting with the car purchasing process. William holds a Master of Arts (MA) degree in Telecommunication Management from Webster University. William also obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Parks, Recreation, and Tourism from the University of Missouri-Columbia. Prior to these degrees, they earned a Master's degree from Webster University.
