Roger Yang currently serves as Vice President and Project Manager at Toga Networks, where responsibilities include overseeing SmartNIC, DPU, and storage chip applications since April 2019. Prior to this role, Roger held various positions at Huawei Technologies from December 2010 to April 2019, including Chip Application PDU Director and project manager for cloud computing infrastructure and Smart NIC projects. Earlier experience includes an eight-year tenure as an IC Design Engineer at Samsung, specializing in microcontroller unit (MCU) design. Roger obtained a Bachelor's degree in Integrated Circuit Engineering from Zhejiang University between 1999 and 2003.
