Neal Smith is a seasoned professional in the field of Building Information Modeling (BIM) and design, currently serving as BIM Manager and Designer at Todd & Sargent, Inc. since May 2021. Previously, Neal held positions such as BIM Technician at Bluestone Engineering and Mechanical Drafter at Keen Project Solutions, demonstrating versatility and expertise in various drafting and engineering roles since 2007. Neal's career began as a Mechanical Drafter at Kreg Tool Company and included an engineering role at RCS Millwork, L.C. Neal possesses an AAS degree in Computer Aided Design Technology from Des Moines Area Community College and completed education at Colo-NESCO Middle/High School.
