Kyle Greenwood has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Kyle started their career at Fareway as a Produce Clerk, where they worked from September 1999 to August 2009. In 2005, they transitioned to Todd & Sargent, Inc., where they held multiple positions. Kyle began as a Structural Detailer / Slipform Insert and Reinforcement Inspector, responsible for creating working drawings and inspecting reinforcement and insert placement during Slipform Construction. In October 2018, they became an Assistant Project Manager, and in December 2019, they were promoted to Field Operations Manager. Currently, Kyle holds the role of Director of Field Operations, starting in January 2023.

Kyle Greenwood attended Ankeny High School from 2000 to 2003, and obtained their High School Diploma. From 2003 to 2005, they studied Computer Aided Design Technology at Des Moines Area Community College, earning an associates degree. In 2015, Kyle participated in the ABC Merit Shop Emerging Leaders program. In 2019, they attended the ABC Field Leader Academy, but no specific degree or field of study is mentioned for these two programs.
