Andre Butler has extensive work experience in the hospitality industry, with a focus on kitchen operations and management. Their most recent position is as the Area Director at Tocaya Modern Mexican since August 2022. Prior to this, they held roles such as General Manager and Executive Chef at the same company from 2021 to 2022. Andre also served as the Director of Kitchen Operations at Kinetescape Cliftons Republic & The Edison from February to December 2020. Before that, they worked as the Executive Chef/ Operations Leader at Tocaya Organica from November 2018 to February 2020. Andre's previous experience includes roles such as Executive Kitchen Manager, Asst. Executive Kitchen Manager, and Kitchen Manager at BJ's Restaurants, Inc. from 2015 to 2018. Andre also worked as a General Manager at Hurricane's Management from January to October 2015, and as a Kitchen Manager at Hurricane's Grill from March to December 2014. Andre began their career as an Executive Sous Chef at Del Frisco's Restaurant Group from January 2013 to February 2014.

Andre Butler attended the Auguste Escoffier School of Culinary Arts from 2014 to 2015, where they completed an Associate's degree in Culinary Arts.
