James Swash has worked for three companies, starting with Decoded in 2013 where they were an Intern. In 2016, they joined Sagacity Solutions Ltd as a Technical Consultant and Database Developer. Most recently, in 2018, they joined Toca.io as Chief Technology Officer, Head Of Solutions and Software Developer.

James Swash attended Radley College from 2009 to 2014 and then went on to receive a Bachelor's Degree in Electronic and Computer Engineering from the University of York from 2014 to 2018.
