Mr. Toomer received his Juris Doctor degree from Whittier Law School and his undergraduate degree from Occidental College. Mr. Toomer joined the firm in July 2012 after 15 years as a Superior Court Referee. Mr. Toomer has extensive litigation experience including over 30 jury trials and 12 years of handling workers' compensation cases.
