Mr. Rodriguez received his B.A degree in Political Science/Law and Society and History from the University of California Riverside in 2007. He received his J.D. from Loyola Law School Los Angeles in 2011. While in law school he clerked at the California Department of Real Estate, Inner City Law Center, and Inland Counties Legal Services. Mr. Rodriguez practiced the workers' compensation law since 2011. Mr. Rodriguez formerly represented injured workers and has experience with all phases of workers' compensation litigation.
