Mark Lawrence is an experienced software engineer and architect with a strong background in full stack development. Currently serving as a Lead Software Engineer at Tobii Dynavox since July 2022, Mark previously held the position of Development Lead/Software Architect at Eyede Solutions from January 2013 to August 2022, where responsibilities included leading the in-house software development team and working with Microsoft technologies on complex web applications. Prior to this, Mark was a Solutions Architect at Optimation from July 2007 to January 2013 and held various roles at EDS (NZ) Ltd from April 1998 to June 2007, where significant contributions were made as an Applications Architect. Earlier career experiences include a Senior Software Developer role at Queensland Rail and an Analyst/Programmer position at EDS (NZ) Ltd, starting as a graduate mainframe programmer. Mark holds a Bachelor's Degree in Geography and Computer Science from Victoria University of Wellington and a high school education from Newlands College.
