Leah Sherman is an experienced project specialist currently serving at Toast since April 2021, collaborating with the People Leadership Team and Chief of Staff to optimize operations and manage cross-functional projects. Prior roles at Toast include Senior and Candidate Experience Specialist, where Leah worked closely with the Talent Acquisition team to enhance the recruitment process. Previous experience includes technical recruitment at TEKsystems, along with a bartending position at Mighty Squirrel navigating COVID-19 policies. At SUNY Geneseo, Leah held several leadership roles, including Student Association Director of Student Programming, where responsibilities encompassed chairing the Geneseo Campus Activities Board and coordinating various events. Leah holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communication from SUNY Geneseo, obtained in 2020.
