Hannah Cross-Karras is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in project management and onboarding, currently serving as Director of Onboarding at Toast since October 2018 after progressing through various roles including Senior Onboarding Manager and Manager of Customer Onboarding. Prior to Toast, Hannah worked at CBRE from August 2015 to October 2018, where significant contributions included leading construction projects for Microsoft offices on the East Coast, managing project budgets exceeding $8 million, and implementing process improvements that garnered recognition with the Microsoft Star Award. Earlier experience includes a role as a Relocation Coordinator and a Retail Management Internship at Nordstrom, complemented by a Bachelor's degree in Strategic Communication from Washington State University.
