Alan Platner is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in retail sales, customer service, and industrial design. Currently serving as a Retail Sales and Customer Service Representative at Horny Toad Activewear since March 2014, Alan excels in sales and customer problem-solving within a dynamic team environment. In addition, Alan founded Thwak Designs, focusing on the intersection of technology and craft while engaging in various freelance design projects. Previous roles include High School Sailing Coach at Sail Maine, Industrial Designer at Spruce and Guyot Designs, and Design Intern at Chris Gray Furniture. Alan's educational background includes a Bachelor of Science in Industrial and Product Design from Wentworth Institute of Technology, complemented by initial studies at Lewis & Clark College.
