Jacqueline Smal is an experienced HR professional with a strong background in strategic HR advising and organizational development. Currently serving as a Senior HR Business Partner at TNO since April 2018, Jacqueline focuses on supporting management in achieving organizational ambitions and addressing HR-related challenges. Prior to TNO, Jacqueline held the role of Senior Policy Advisor in HRM, Labor Affairs, and Organizational Development at the Energy Research Centre of the Netherlands from January 1996 to March 2018, where Jacqueline acted as a strategic partner to management on HRM utilization. Jacqueline began the career as a Labor Consultant at Arbeidsvoorziening Alkmaar from September 1991 to December 1995. Education includes a degree in Labor and Organizational Sociology from the University of Amsterdam, obtained between 1993 and 1995.
