Andrea Kerstens is currently a PhD Candidate at Delft University of Technology in the field of Innovation Management. Prior to this, Andrea worked as a Researcher at TNO focusing on business model innovation and value creation in projects involving digital technologies. Andrea also has experience as a Front Desk Officer at various companies, including Q8, Tennant Company, and DLA Piper. Additionally, Andrea served as an Economic Consultant at 180 Degrees Consulting, where Andrea developed a new business model and conducted a cost-benefit analysis for a social impact organization. Andrea's background includes a Master's degree in Economics from Tilburg University and a Bachelor's degree in Applied Economics from the University of Antwerp.
