Hemal Shah has worked in the IT industry since 2007. Hemal started their career as an IT Service Desk Analyst at Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer. In 2016, they moved to RGH-Global | People Services as a New Business Development, where they were tasked with building their legal arm. In 2019, they joined TNation as a Nearshore Software Development Consultant, where they head up the UK business development and client care. Hemal has experience in reviewing CVs, interviewing candidates, liaising with HR and recruitment agencies. Hemal also has experience leading a team through transition of service and people while maintaining day to day client relationships and operational level of service. Additionally, they have hired a large technical team with a high emphasis on customer service.

Hemal Shah attended Brunel University London from 1997 to 2001, graduating with a 2:1 in Mathematics.
